About

The Power of Work Awards

Goodwill Amity is bringing you the Power Lunch! Be part of this exciting new signature event which celebrates the unique power work has in enabling people and our communities to work better.

Over a three-course meal you’ll help us honour two Goodwill Amity participants who have overcome personal adversity and employment barriers to find success through work. We will also be honouring one local Employer who has provided outstanding support and opportunities for job seekers in our Region.

Following lunch, power up your work and life with Peter Katz, a JUNO Award and Canadian Screen Award-nominated singer-songwriter, 4-time TedX Fellow and one of Canada’s most in-demand speakers and facilitators! Peter will treat guests to a unique learning experience, giving everyone tangible tools and motivation to thrive in work and life.
